Privacy policy
1. Who we are
This website is operated by SIA SVR AGENCY, registration number 45403058332, a company registered in Latvia (“SVR Automations”, “we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
You can reach us at [email protected].
This policy covers this website and the way we handle enquiries. When we build or run an AI agent or automation for a client and it processes that client’s customers’ data, we act as a processor on the client’s instructions. That is covered on the GDPR & DPA page, not here.
2. What data we collect
| Situation | Data |
|---|---|
| You send us a request through the contact form | Name, email address, the message you write, your agreement to this policy (the checkbox), and the language of the page. The message is delivered to us by email. |
| You email or message us (email, Telegram, LinkedIn) | Your contact details and the content of the conversation. |
| You visit the website | Our hosting provider’s servers process technical data needed to deliver the page and keep it secure, such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time. We do not receive this as a profile of you. |
| You accept analytics or advertising cookies | Online identifiers (cookie IDs, IP address), device and browser data, pages viewed, and for advertising the ad or click you came from. These are collected by the Google and OpenAI tags described in section 6, and only after you agree. |
| You become a client | Contact and billing details of you and your company, project details, and invoices. |
We do not ask for special categories of data (such as health data) through this website. Please do not include them in your message.
3. Why and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Answering your enquiry and preparing a proposal | Your consent given by ticking the box (Art. 6(1)(a)), and steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). |
| Carrying out and invoicing a project | Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). |
| Keeping accounting records, tax | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). |
| Keeping the website secure and working | Our legitimate interest in a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)). |
| Website analytics (Google Analytics) | Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which is also required by the ePrivacy rules for storing or reading information on your device (Directive 2002/58/EC, as applied in Latvian law). |
| Advertising measurement and ads (Google Ads, OpenAI Ads) | Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and the same ePrivacy rules. |
You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.
We do not sell your data and we do not make decisions about you by fully automated means. If you consent to advertising technologies, our advertising partners process cookie and device data to measure and show ads, as described in section 6.
4. Who receives your data
We use service providers (processors) who handle data on our behalf:
| Provider | Purpose | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Web3Forms | Delivers contact-form messages to our inbox | Receives the form content in transit. |
| Cloudflare | Hosts and delivers this website | Processes visitors’ IP addresses and request data to deliver and protect the site. |
| Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, Google Ads) | Website analytics and advertising measurement | Only if you consent. Google acts as our processor for analytics; for some advertising features it may act as an independent controller. |
| OpenAI (OpenAI Ads measurement pixel) | Measuring whether ChatGPT ads lead to enquiries | Only if you consent. |
We may also share data where the law requires it, for example with tax authorities or courts.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA. Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by a legal safeguard such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission (for example the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers) or Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards at [email protected].
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: 12 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client and project records: for the duration of the contract and afterwards as long as Latvian law requires for accounting and tax records. In general, invoices and other accounting source documents are kept for five years after the end of the financial year, and some accounting records longer.
- Analytics and advertising data: kept by Google and OpenAI under the retention settings we choose (14 months for Google Analytics event data). The cookies themselves expire as listed in section 6.
- Technical server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period under its own retention rules.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary. We save your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage (key svr_consent) for up to 12 months, so we do not ask you on every page. This is not used to track you and does not need consent.
Only with your consent. Analytics and advertising technologies. Nothing from Google or OpenAI is loaded until you agree in the cookie banner. You can reject them and still use every part of the site. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing deletes our tracking cookies and stops the tags. We use Google Consent Mode, so Google’s analytics and advertising storage stay off until you agree.
| Provider | Purpose | Category | Cookies / storage | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) | Understand how the site is used: pages visited, visit length, approximate location | Analytics | _ga, _ga_<container ID> | Up to 2 years |
| Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) | Measure whether ads lead to enquiries and show relevant ads | Advertising | _gcl_au, and advertising cookies set by Google’s own domains. | _gcl_au: 90 days |
| OpenAI Ads measurement pixel (OpenAI) | Measure whether ChatGPT ads lead to enquiries | Advertising | __oppref, __obref | 30 days, 365 days |
Google and OpenAI receive data such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed and, for advertising, the ad you came from. Google and OpenAI may process data outside the EU/EEA; see section 4 for the safeguards. Their own policies also apply: Google Privacy Policy, OpenAI Privacy Policy.
Our pages link to other services such as Telegram and LinkedIn. Those services have their own privacy policies and we do not control them.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”) where the law allows;
- restrict processing in certain cases;
- receive your data in a portable format where processing is based on consent or contract;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time.
To use any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We answer within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first.
8. Complaints
If you think we handle your data unlawfully, please contact us first so we can fix it. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. Our lead supervisory authority is the one in Latvia:
Datu valsts inspekcija (Data State Inspectorate of Latvia), Elijas iela 17, Rīga, LV-1050, Latvia, dvi.gov.lv. Please check the website for current contact details.
If you live or work in another EU country, you can also complain to the authority there, for example in Lithuania the Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija (vdai.lrv.lt), or in Estonia the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee).
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to people who need it, and providers that offer appropriate security. No internet service can be guaranteed 100% secure.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add a new tool. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will highlight important changes on the website.
